With the purpose of enriching the community and offering training to interested dancers and Dance Companies, the Ballet Folklorico Mexicano has established a program that offers classes to Companies who wish to educate their dancers and expand their current repertoire.
Your Company can choose a weekend throughout the year. Workshops are offered on a first come first serve basis, meaning if the weekend is available you can reserve it for your dance company. The weekend for each workshop is described as Saturday and Sunday. Each weekend must be reserved with a down payment four weeks prior to the actual workshop date.
As a dance company you will be given a option to choose a suite that you would like your Company to learn and will then be taught exclusively by one of our IBFM dance instructors.
The purpose of offering the workshops at the ibfm, is to give dancers, companies and instructors alike, the opportunity to experience the professionalism of a well equipped dance studio, which includes pictures, history of mexico, costuming, music, professional hardwood flooring and mirrors. This is an experience that is sure to enrich and inspire each dancer.
